The International Conference on Financial Technology Law is a platform for debate that examines the legal implications of recent developments in the financial services industry under the impact of new technologies and the prospects for developments in this industry.
The conference opens its doors to authors from different countries, from the academic education space and from the practitioners, encouraging presentation both of the scientific papers of international interest on financial technology law, as also the scientific papers to highlight the particularities of the national law in this field.
